Book your stay today and feel at home! Relax and unwind in this spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home designed for groups, families, and travelers looking for comfort after a day exploring Colorado. The home features a fully fenced backyard with a brand new hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. Guests can also enjoy the large pergola, outdoor dining area with seating for up to 8, and a propane grill for outdoor meals and gatherings. Inside, there are two separate living rooms with smart TVs so everyone has space to spread out and relax. Two of the bedrooms also feature their own smart TVs, making it easy to unwind privately after a long day. Four of the 5 bedrooms include a comfortable queen bed, offering plenty of sleeping space for groups and families. The fifth bedroom is set up as a dedicated workspace with a sit/stand desk — ideal for remote work or a quiet retreat. A standout feature of the home is the dedicated home gym, equipped with a Peloton indoor cycle, rowing machine, and yoga mats. It is the perfect place to get a workout in, stretch, or recharge before heading out for your next adventure. For guests traveling with little ones, the home includes retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, a pack n play, and a high chair to make traveling with kids easier. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an oven and cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Basic cooking supplies are also provided, including baking sheets, mixing bowls, pots, and pans. Whether you are visiting to explore the mountains, spend time with family, or relax with friends, this home offers plenty of space, comfort, and amenities to make your stay memorable. Guests will have access to the entire property with unique codes for smart lock access. Codes are limited to the duration of your stay. ✴ ADDITIONAL RULES✴ -No smoking/vaping in the house or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking on the property will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of any odor mitigation and lost revenue from cancelled bookings. -No parties; parties defined as groups of more than 8 people without prior approval of the host. -Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am everyday in courtesy to our neighbors. -No outside visitors allowed in the house other than guests added to the Airbnb reservation details or visitors in addition to the guests staying at the property who have been pre-approved by the host. -Pets are subject to a $350 per pet fee and additional charges if damages occur or if waste is not cleaned up. Only one pet allowed per stay. -We do not third party bookings; the guest who booked the stay must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Third-party bookings made by someone other than one of the guests staying at the property are subject to cancellation without a refund. -Guests who are still on the property after checkout without approval of a late checkout by the host are subject to a $150 fee per hour starting at 12:00 pm on the day of check-out.
