-No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.
-No outside visitors (other than guess accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.
-No smoking/vaping in the house or on the premises. Fines will be imposed for violations
-No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am everyday in courtesy to our neighbors
-2 Pets maximum with prior approval and $150 pet fee.
-No additional pets on the property unless explicitly agreed upon. Must pick up any and all animal waste in the front and backyard prior to your departure. Subject to additional cleaning charges for left behind dog waste.
Please note, we have our neighbors take out the trash bins every Monday night (and recycling every other Monday night). They will not enter the home.

Great place. Convenient to Red Rocks and downtown. Would stay here again.
Erin was a wonderful host! Such a charming house with everything you would need for your stay. The house is located in a great location. We went to Red Rocks and it only took us 20 mins to get there and the house is close to Tennyson St. for some shopping and great food! Erin was always very responsive and gave us great recommendations on places to shop, restaurants and things to do in the Denver area. Highly recommend!
The property was wonderful. Newly updated, clean, well appointed and very comfortable.
