Guests will have full access to the house, yard, and driveway.

-No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund. 
-No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge. 
-No smoking/vaping in the house or on the premises. Fines will be imposed for violations
-No parties. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am everyday in courtesy to our neighbors
-2 Pets maximum with prior approval and $150 pet fee.
-No additional pets on the property unless explicitly agreed upon. Must pick up any and all animal waste in the front and backyard prior to your departure. Subject to additional cleaning charges for left behind dog waste.

Please note, we have our neighbors take out the trash bins every Monday night (and recycling every other Monday night). They will not enter the home.
